The services provided by Global Hindcare Medical Foundation (GHMF) include donation facilitation, healthcare services through its charitable polyclinic, health awareness initiatives, and projects such as Project Vardaan, Sahara, and Meri Maa.

• Payment Gateway: Donations are processed through secure third-party gateways. GHMF is not responsible for any issues caused by third-party processing.
• Tax Exemption Certificates: 80G exemption certificates will be issued within a reasonable time. Donors should review campaign details before donating.

2. Member Information

• Users must provide complete and accurate information during registration or donations.
• Information is used for tax certificates, feedback reports, etc., and is required per Government of India regulations.
• GHMF will maintain confidentiality but is not liable for accidental disclosures.
• Users are responsible for all activity under their accounts.
• GHMF may suspend/terminate access for inactivity, violations, or technical/legal issues.

3. Donations

• Donations accepted via cards, net banking, UPI, and cheque.
• Confirmation email sent after successful donation.
• Refund requests must be made within 30 days with valid justification. GHMF may approve or deny at its discretion.

4. Indemnification

By using GHMF services, you agree to indemnify and hold GHMF and its affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the website or violations of these terms.

5. Privacy and Disclosure

Your use of GHMF services is subject to our Privacy Policy. GHMF may disclose data if legally required or to protect rights and safety.

6. Governing Law / Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Mumbai courts will have jurisdiction.
